Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition, with any original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect and try on the item as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if the item’s value has been diminished because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

When requesting a return, please include your full name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please also include clear photographs showing the issue.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to return your package. For a standard cancellation, you are responsible for the return postage costs. If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs or provide a return shipping label. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items are subject to the same return and cancellation rights as full-price items. Gift cards cannot normally be returned, except where required by law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

United Kingdom – 14-Day Cancellation Right

If you purchase a standard, non-personalised product online, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. You must inform us at ForAdapt.uk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the product. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Personalised and Custom-Made Products

The 14-day right to cancel does not normally apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you.

A standard FOR ADAPT product is not considered personalised merely because it is produced after an order is placed.This exclusion does not affect your legal rights if a personalised or custom-made product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not match the personalisation details you

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Where you exercise your legal right to cancel, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product or, if earlier, receiving evidence that you sent it back. The refund will include the price paid and any standard outbound delivery charge paid by you. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable.

Please remember that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund. If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed that it was issued, please contact us at ForAdapt.uk@gmail.com.
